2nd Attempt to use pixels , still noobish but at least saved properly by not upscaling it.
This attempt almost took 3 hours but it felt like hours have passed. :3 =<3
Also inspired by Nicky
to give creativity another try 
( did a fan art on the same ninja-wannabe too )
However, i ditched the glasses she usually wears. I have got no reference for that -.-|||
